TONG STABLES LTD. is located in Rock County, Wisconsin, south of Madison and northwest of Janesville.

It is the home of Marion and Eric (RT) Tong for the last 14 years. The farm consists of 35 acres, board fenced pastures, several barns, and shelters for horses and their buddies.

RT grew up in Door County and was involved with harness racing early on through his late father, Tom Tong. Actually, the whole family are harness horse fans for three generations and are involved in racing and breeding to certain degrees.

Marion grew up in Germany and was more involved with saddle horses and riding than driving, but after meeting RT at one of the fairs, that all changed forever.

On our farm RT is the stable manager, taking care of day-to-day business, including jogging, training, feeding as well as all of the necessary tasks around a farm. Marion works at TomoTherapy in Madison and at night helps out around the farm, does the accounting etc.

At the moment we have 7 horses, 1 Llama (the stallion's companion), 2 dogs, 19 cats, chickens, 1 peacock, and probably seeral other animals we don't know about.

And then there are family members, helpers, and good friends like Harry, who is always there when we are in dire need of an extra pair of hands....
